i'm a wife, a mother, a sister, a daughter, a friend, a stylist, a painter, a crafter, a fisherman, an entrepreneur…

I've been in the salon since I was a little girl when my Grandmother had her own beauty shop she ran out of her home in small town Wisconsin. After some random college education I decided to pursue a cosmetology degree and graduated from MATC in 2005. February 2012 I decided to follow in my Grandma's footsteps and become a shop owner.

Keeping up on the latest trends and techniques are important to me and as a result a high percentage of my business is from repeat customers and referrals.I would welcome the opportunity to earn your trust and deliver you the best service in the industry.

Being a business owner was definitely my calling. I love everything that goes into creating the best environment and relationship with my customers. As a one-man-show I'm cutting and coloring one minute and answering text and emails the next while planning the next post on the various social media outlets. I wouldn't trade it for anything!

skincare for your hair

Born from the same philosophy as skincare, KEVIN.MURPHY products are weightlessly designed to deliver performance, strength and longevity.

When searching the world for our ingredients, KEVIN.MURPHY looked for companies that use micro cultivation, organic growing practices, or ecologically sound wild harvesting techniques to ensure the KEVIN.MURPHY range is of the very highest natural quality.

Vitamins and amino acids repair the outer surface of the hair, thickening the hair and reducing the formation of split ends.
Moisturisers from Mango butter and Murumuru butter smooth the cuticles and soften the hair.
Extracts from Peruvian Bark, Baobab, Bamboo and Orange Blossom infuse the hair with weightless moisture.

Antioxidants from Kakadu Plum, Orchid, Lotus Flower and Desert Lime reduce breakage and repair chemical damage naturally.

All KEVIN.MURPHY hair products are sulphate free, paraben free and cruelty free.

At KEVIN.MURPHY we care about the environment and recognise the seriousness of dangerous climate changes. Learn what we are doing, what others are doing, and what you can do to help the environment.

We make every effort to do our part to help the environment by utilizing packaging that is recyclable or biodegradable

Redken Laboratories, founded in 1960, is a company built from the inspiration of a dynamic, entrepreneurial American actress named Paula Kent.

Redken Laboratories, founded in 1960, is a company built from the inspiration of a dynamic, entrepreneurial American actress named Paula Kent.

Frequent chemical services and style changes were routine for any aspiring actress of her day, but Paula was extra sensitive to many of the products used by the hairdressers and make-up artists. She felt continually frustrated that no one could explain why the products were irritating. Necessity is the mother of invention, and Paula realized that working with professional hairdressers, she could help millions of other people also wanting high performance products that were gentle.

In 1993, L'Oreal purchased Redken and now its headquarters are on 5th Avenue NYC. Today, Redken is a global leader in professional haircare products and services.
