What a beautiful Friday for a wedding! Melissa and her attendants were preparing for the big day at Melissa and her fiancé's new home in Fitchburg. I was house envious immediately, it was the perfect home for a family. For Melissa's attire she had some great shoes, which she purchased long before the dress. And the dress is fromBrandi's Bridal in New Glarus, Wi. Both matched perfectly. For her hair she was dreaming of a long side pony, so with some matching clip-in extensions we got her there, and it turned out perfect!

Melissa's sister, Amanda had a special gift for her wedding day... PEZ Bride and Groom, how perfect!

Natasha {wedding | Madison, wi}

When I first met Natasha she came in to the salon with her sisters. She has 4 sister and all of them are nice as pie. Natasha loves vintage and therefore her wedding was designed very rustic and vintage with little modern twists. She knew she wanted her hair up and twisted back with a messier look at the nape. Coming from South Dakota she had her trail the week of her wedding, and it went great! Her and her man were actually married five years ago, in order for her to travel around with him in the military. They did a courthouse wedding and not much of a celebration back then. At 25 they decided to have the big shindig. The wedding and reception was at John Wall Family Pavilion in Tenney Park and they were going to have a pig roast. This park pavilion opened this spring and looks beautiful. The bride wanted a more casual but decorated celebration.

Last minute we decided to keep twisting the hair from the sides and intertwine them, it turned out beautiful! Even brought tears to her eyes, she was so excited it turned out better then she pictured in her head.

Tina {wedding | madison, wi}

Tina's wedding was taking place at the Lussier Family Heritage Center in Fitchburg, Wisconsin. She comes from a very large family of 13 kids and she is the baby of the family. You can imagine the emotions in the hotel room. I arrived to some very excited sisters and everyone was so so nice. All the sisters got a sweatshirt form Tina with "sister of the bride" and their birth number on the back.

If you know me, you know I'm into crafty DIY projects. So when one of the sisters presented Tina with a paper bag album in a steampunk theme I couldn't resist asking 21 questions. The sister (Victoria) makes all kinds of crafty things. She has a blog but I just couldn't find it...

Nicole {wedding | camp wandawega | elkhorn, wi}

 This last Saturday I traveled to Elkhorn again for a wedding but this time we got ready at Camp Wandawega. It was the ideal vintage cottage location there were so many neat things there, (might even have a new DIY project, see butterflies) if you ever get a chance to stay there do it! I met the manager as soon as I walked up and he was so nice and you could tell he had a good heart. Then as I was setting up I met the Mother of the son that owns that camp. She had been bringing her family to this camp for many years. (there is an article in Martha Stewart Living on the camp and the owners) Then I met the wife that owns the camp and she was so eclectic and down to earth, I wanted to be friends with these guy immediately! 

The bride, Nicole, was having a very small wedding party, just one bridesmaid. She is in the stunning champagne and gold dress above. (which she got at a bargain price. after finding it at shop bop she waited and ended up finding on piperlime for half the price, woohoo!) Nicole's dress was a show stopper, very vintage feel with all the glitz and glam of another era. I did a soft wave on Nicole (finish look not posted, shoot) and just helped the bridesmaid with her headband. I wish all my brides could be as fun and chill as these last three were!
